The AskIEEE website has been decommissioned. This site was implemented as an experimental project recommended by the 2022 IEEE President’s Data-based Business Strategy Ad Hoc committee. The goal was to assess the effectiveness of Generative AI in enabling IEEE volunteers and members to navigate IEEE content by asking natural language questions. The project has successfully accomplished that goal and is now complete. The learnings from the project will be applied to future IEEE product and service offerings.
